What if my package gets lost or confiscated?

We will guarantee to ship your package meaning you will see at least 1 location scan from Canada Post that indicates package has been entered in system.  Upon checking out, you must agree to our terms and conditions which states the following: 

Buddalicious guarantees to ship all packages, however I acknowledge that  Buddalicious   is NOT responsible for packages once sent via Canada Post.    Buddalicious  will NOT get involved in ANY claims.  We do not reimburse or replace packages lost or confiscated by Canada Post for any reason. The postal service is a risk you as the purchaser take on 100%.
