Can I change the address on my order?

If you've made a mistake with the address on your order, please place a new order with the correct details. Please also contact us to notify your old order# that needs to be cancelled to avoid any confusion.

Orders are processed according to payments received matching that specific order#.

If you have already submitted payment for an order with incorrect address information, please let us know, we can match your payment to the new order# as we are usually unable to change order information at this point.

Solution: Do not make payment yet.  Place a new order, submit payment with new order#; this is the one that will get processed.
