I sent wrong amount for e-transfer, what should I do?

If you happen to notice you sent the wrong dollar amount with your e-transfer, please cancel that e-transfer and send a new one.  

Please note, once the e-transfer is initiated, your bank account will be debited and held by them until either the transfer is cancelled or we accept it. If we have accepted the funds, you will have received notification of this. If we have NOT accepted yet, you will still be able to cancel the e-transfer on your end.

When cancelling an e-transfer, please allow some time for funds to be returned to your account, every bank takes different times.
